Building upon the foundation of the Acceleration Training Program, Acceleration Indiana has introduced an Endurance Sports Training Program designed to help the athlete move better, stay healthier, become stronger and get faster. The Endurance Sports Training Program consists of an Athlete Assessment to determine an athlete's strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking into consideration weekly workout volume, competitive goals, and injury prevention. Speed, Strength & Stability training is at the core of the program, focusing on gains in speed, power, balance, and stability.
One of the latest additions to our protocol is the development of a unique dry-land program tailored specifically to swimmers and the improvement of their speed, explosive power and race day results.
This program is specifically designed to fit the needs of each athlete.
Develop explosive hitting, throwing, jumping, kicking, puck handling and shooting, and other sport-specific movements
The ability to adapt to directional changes as quickly as possible while maintaining body control is essential and must be developed through practice.
Ice Skating is the foundation of playing ice hockey. If you do not have the proper ice skating mechanics, explosive speed, quickness, and balance, you’re missing out out on the opportunity to out maneuver your competitors on the ice.
