Introduction / Consultation 1-hour

Receive a workout while discussing your training needs! Programs are usually set up in 12 1-hour training sessions. This program is specifically designed to fit the needs of each athlete. It is very similar to personal training. It is designed to be completed in less time than our traditional acceleration program and for those in adult recreational leagues, 5k or Mini-Marathon runners, Police and Fire personnel, general fitness members and other fitness enthusiasts. We will reevaluate and redesign a program after these sessions are complete.
